Abstract:

就业是国家和社会关注的重点热点问题,2022年迎来高职扩招后第一批“00后”学生毕业,叠加疫情、俄乌冲突、逆全球化等国内外不利影响及“00后”高职生自身价值理念等因素,导致“00后”高职学生出现慢就业现象,且比例不断上升,已成为影响社会稳定的突出问题。文章通过分析“00后”高职生“慢就业”的现状,在理性看待慢就业,借助社会力量优化就业环境,教育教学革新及专业、师资升级,加强个性化就业服务及健康心理建设帮扶等维度提出有针对性的对策建议,增强“00后”高职生就业能力,促进社会稳定。
Employment is a hot issue of national and social concern. In 2022, the first batch of “post-00s” students will graduate after the expansion of higher vocational enrollment. Combined with adverse influences at home and abroad, such as the epidemic, Russia-Ukraine conflict, anti-globalization and other factors, as well as the values of “post-00s” higher vocational students themselves, the “post-00s” vocational students have a slow employment phenomenon, and the proportion keeps rising, which has become a prominent problem affecting social stability. By analyzing the current situation of “post-00s” higher vocational students’ “slow employment”, this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions in terms of rational view of slow employment, optimization of employment environment with the help of social forces, innovation of education and teaching and upgrading of majors and teachers, strengthening personalized employment services and assistance in the construction of health psychology, so as to enhance the employability of “post-00s” higher vocational students and promote social stability.
