传统体育养生课程发展历程的反观与探析——以广西民族大学为例
Retrospection and Analysis of the Development Course of Traditional Sports Health-Preserving Courses—Taking Guangxi University for Nationalities as an Example

近年来，传统体育养生活动已进入我国学校领域，并取得较为丰硕的成果。本文对广西民族大学开展传统体育养生课程实践的开展方式、开展环境与教学内容进行系统深入的梳理研究。探寻传统体育养生课程的办学模式与有效方式，并发现其中存在的问题与制约影响因素，提出相应的建议，以期为我国高等院校传承与开展中华民族的传统体育养生课程提供借鉴。
In recent years, traditional sports health-keeping activities have entered the field of schools in China, and achieved fruitful results. This paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the way, environment and teaching content of Guangxi University for Nationalities to carry out the practice of traditional sports health courses. This paper explores the school-running mode and effective way of the traditional sports health-keeping course, finds out the existing problems and restrictive factors, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, so as to provide reference for Chinese colleges and universities to inherit and carry out the traditional sports health-keeping course of the Chinese nation.
