Abstract:

在2021年《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》由中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发出台,“双减”指要有效减轻义务教育阶段学生过重作业负担和校外培训负担,“双减”下教育培训机构的发展面临着规范化、转型化等问题,而非学科类培训迎来了新的发展机遇。本文以贵阳博亚舞蹈培训机构发展现状为研究对象,以贵阳博亚舞蹈培训机构教师、少儿学员、管理者为调查对象,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法等方法,对机构情况进行调查,针对师资、学员、校区规模现状在“双减”前后变化情况进行对比分析,深入研究“双减”政策下影响其发展方面存在的因素,以推动贵阳博亚舞蹈培训机构的健康持续发展的同时为其它培训机构及非学科类培训机构提供一些理论参考。
In 2021, the opinions on “further reducing the homework burden and external training burden of students in compulsory education” issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. “Double reduction” means to effectively reduce the excessive homework burden and off-campus training burden of students in compulsory education. The development of “double reduction” under the education and training institutions is faced with problems such as standard-ization and transformation, while the non-disciplinary training has ushered in new development opportunities. This paper takes Guiyang Boya dance training institutions development present situation as the research object, in Guiyang Boya dance training institutions teachers, children’s students, managers as the investigation object, using the literature method, field investigation, in-terview method, the organization situation, according to the teachers, students, campus scale in the “double reduction” change comparative analysis, further studies the “double reduction” policy factors affecting the development, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Guiyang Boya dance training institutions for other training institutions and non-disciplinary training in-stitutions to provide some theoretical reference.
