虚拟货币投资热潮高涨，带来一系列犯罪风险，严重危害了我国正常的经济秩序和社会稳定。由于人们对虚拟货币认知存在差异、虚拟货币本身属性复杂、侦查取证困难且我国规制虚拟货币的法律法规体系尚不完善，导致我国治理虚拟货币犯罪存在诸多困境。因此有必要明确虚拟货币的法律属性，加大研发高新技术监测虚拟货币犯罪风险，同时提高侦查机关侦查取证的能力，推进相关法律制度建设，从而有效打击虚拟货币犯罪。
Virtual currency investment boom has brought a series of criminal risks, which seriously endangers the normal economic order and social stability in China. Due to the differences in people’s perception of virtual currency, the complex properties of virtual currency itself, the difficulty of investigation and evidence collection and the imperfect legal system of regulating virtual currency in China, there are many difficulties in managing virtual currency crimes in China. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the legal attributes of virtual currency, increase the research and development of high-tech monitoring of virtual currency crime risks, and at the same time improve the investigation and evidence collection ability of investigative authorities, and promote the construction of the relevant legal system, so as to effectively combat virtual currency crime.
