认知语言学视角下政治类文本的概念隐喻及其汉英翻译策略研究——以二十大报告为例

Abstract:
二十大报告深受国内外人士的重视。本研究以二十大报告中英双版为语料，分析其中蕴含的概念隐喻并作归类，发现主要有以下七种，战争隐喻、建筑隐喻、人体隐喻、机器隐喻、河流隐喻、旅程隐喻和植物隐喻。涉及概念隐喻的词语使用了多种翻译策略，分别为保留隐喻意象、转换隐喻意象和删除隐喻意象。
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is highly valued by people at home and abroad. This study analyzes and classifies the conceptual metaphors con-tained in the Chinese and English versions of the report, and finds that there are mainly seven kinds: war metaphor, architectural metaphor, human body metaphor, machine metaphor, river metaphor, journey metaphor, and plant metaphor. Words involving conceptual metaphors use a variety of translation strategies, including retaining metaphorical images, transforming meta-phorical images, and deleting metaphorical images.
