Abstract:

近年来,数字经济在我国的发展突飞猛进,呈现出发展速度快、辐射范围广、影响程度深的特点。数字经济视角下,发展农业现代化必将是传统农业经济向农业数字化方向发展,而数字农业就是一个重要的呈现形式。我国发展数字农业起步虽晚,但发展势头强劲,数字农业理念已深入人心,且带来的效益也在慢慢显现。数字农业不是一个简单的名词,它是一个系统概念,其外在表现不仅有应用型高科技集成,其背后还有隐含的跨学科交叉的理论内涵及支撑的方法,以及更加强调理论指导实践的应用效果。我国发展数字农业从跟跑、并跑到领跑,有许多理论及技术问题亟待解决。故而,应当对立足数字经济发展数字农业的关键核心技术给予足够重视。本文阐述了国内外数字农业发展现状,数字农业建设的主要内容,数字化农业信息咨询决策集成平台的需求与设计、数字化农业信息咨询决策集成平台的实现途径,最后提出数字化农业应用服务体系发展对策建议。
In recent years, the development of digital economy in China has advanced by leaps and bounds, showing the characteristics of fast development, wide radiation range and deep influence. From the perspective of digital economy, the development of agricultural modernization must be the tradi-tional agricultural economy to the direction of agricultural digitalization, and digital agriculture is an important form of presentation. Although China’s development of digital agriculture started late, the development momentum is strong, the concept of digital agriculture has been deeply popular, and the benefits are gradually appearing. Digital agriculture is not a simple term, but a systematic concept. Its external manifestation is not only application-oriented high-tech integration but also the implied interdisciplinary theoretical connotation and supporting methods behind it, as well as the application effect of theory guiding practice. Many theoretical and technical problems urgently need to be solved in developing digital agriculture from following and leading. Therefore, enough attention should be paid to the key core technologies of developing digital agriculture based on digital economy. From the theoretical and technical level, this paper describes the development status of digital agriculture at home and abroad, the main content of the construction of digital agriculture, the demand and design of the digital agricultural information consultation decision integration platform, the realization of the digital agricultural information consultation decision integration platform, and finally put forward the development countermeasures and suggestions of the digital agricultural application service system.
