高校党建与思政工作深度融合的实践路径研究

高校学生品德内化离不开思政教师在教育中对其价值观的指导，落实立德树人的根本任务更是与学校教育方针有着紧密的联系。在高校中，推动高校党建与思政工作深度融合研究不仅具有可行性和必要性，更是因其拥有可以具体实践的方法，“以讲带学”、“以事带人”改善了传统的教学模式，进一步推动学生主动学习党政知识，有利于丰富学生相关的知识储备、完善其对党政的全面认识。而在此基础上，各高校应及时巩固成果，引领党建与思政工作融合的宣传工作，促进良性循环发展。培养更多意志坚定、能担大任的社会主义建设者和接班人，使其成为不负韶华、不负时代的新青年。
The internalization of college students’ moral character is inseparable from the guidance of ideo-logical and political teachers on their values in education, and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation is closely related to the school education policy. In colleges and universities, to promote party construction in colleges and universities and the ideological work depth fusion research not only has the feasibility and necessity, but also because of its has concrete practice, the method of “learn to speak with”, “to bring people” to improve the traditional teaching mode, to further promote students’ active learning knowledge, the party and government is helpful to enrich students’ knowledge of the relevant reserves, improve the comprehensive understanding of party and government. On this basis, colleges and universities should timely consolidate the achievements, lead the propaganda work of the integration of party construction and ideological and political work, and promote the virtuous cycle of development. We will train more socialist builders and successors who are determined and capable of assuming great responsibilities, so that they can become new young people who will live up to their youth and times.
