国内外农村教师心理健康研究现状综述
A Review of the Research Status of Mental Health of Rural Teachers at Home and Abroad

近些年来，中国农村教师心理健康问题越来越受到关注，关于农村教师心理健康方面的研究也日渐增多。但是，在农村教师心理健康研究中仍然存在着诸多问题。本研究从社会工作视角出发，在回顾我国农村教师心理健康状况相关研究文献的基础上，从农村教师心理健康状况研究的方法，内容和影响因素方面进行了归纳和评述，并对该领域未来的研究提出了一系列展望。
In recent years, the mental health of rural teachers in China has attracted more and more attention, and the research on the mental health of rural teachers has also increased. However, there are still many problems in the study of mental health of rural teachers. From the perspective of social work, this study summarizes and reviews the methods, contents and influencing factors of rural teachers’ mental health research on the research on rural teachers’ mental health from the perspective of social work, and puts forward a series of prospects for future research in this field.
