渭南乡村振兴问题研究

为了解渭南市乡村发展遇到的问题并对其进行总结，提出意见为其乡村振兴作用提供实践经验。基于脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴存在理论逻辑上的一致性，历史逻辑上具有前后继承性，在乡村振兴中同样具有指导意义，所以通过先前扶贫经验与实际走访调查总结出，渭南市乡村振兴应该从资金、基础设施、生态保护、产业规划、制度等方面制定发展策略。这些都为乡村振兴政府发挥其有为作用指明了宏观方向，对于促进乡村振兴具有现实意义。在乡村振兴时期，从宏观角度看，应将重点继续放在资金、基础设施、生态保护、产业规划、制度制定上，以保证乡村振兴的持续性，确保在脱贫基础上实现乡村产业振兴，保护脱贫脆弱性，巩固乡村振兴的基础。
In order to understand the problems encountered in rural development in Weinan City and sum-marize them, put forward opinions to provide practical experience for its rural revitalization. Based on the consistency of theoretical logic between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, historical logic has inheritance, and it also has guiding significance in rural revitalization. Therefore, through previous poverty alleviation experience and actual visit survey, Weinan rural revitalization should formulate development strategies from the aspects of capital, infrastructure, ecological protection, industrial planning and system, which all point out the macro direction for the rural revitalization government to play its role, and have practical significance for promoting rural revitalization. In the period of rural revitalization, from a macro perspective, emphasis should continue to be placed on finance, infrastructure, ecological protection, industrial planning and institutional development to ensure the sustainability of rural revitalization, ensure the revitalization of rural industries on the basis of poverty eradication, protect the vulnerability to poverty eradication and consolidate the foundation for rural revitalization.
