新发展格局下中国保障性住房的制度创新路径研究
Research on the Institutional Innovation Path of Affordable Housing in China under the New Development Pattern

在双循环新发展格局下，推进保障性住房制度的建设是未来房地产领域的工作要求。本文通过追溯我国保障性住房制度的发展历程，指出当前我国住房保障制度的不足及制约因素。对双循环经济和保障性住房制度的内涵进行界定，并厘清二者之间的内在逻辑关系。对比分析国内外保障性住房制度差异，为我国保障性住房制度创新提供经验借鉴，并探索我国住房保障制度的有效实施路径。
Under the new development pattern of dual circulation, promoting the construction of affordable housing system is a work requirement in the real estate field in 2022. By tracing the development process of China’s affordable housing system, this paper points out the shortcomings and constraints of China’s affordable housing security system. The connotation of dual circulation economy and affordable housing system is defined, and the internal logical relationship between the two is clarified. Compare and analyze the differences between domestic and foreign affordable housing systems, provide experience for the innovation of China’s affordable housing system, and explore the effective implementation path of China’s affordable housing security system.
