陶行知劳动教育思想及其对乡村学校劳动教育的启示

Abstract:
我国乡村教育振兴的步伐正在稳步推进之中,作为促进学生全面发展与推动经济社会稳步前进的重要环节,劳动教育受到了社会各界的广泛关注。对当今乡村学校深入开展劳动教育来说,陶行知劳动教育思想仍具有重要的指导意义。文章以陶行知劳动教育思想为基础,针对当前乡村学校劳动教育面临的现实困境,总结出了树立“在劳力上劳心”的教育观念、践行“教学做合一”的教学方法、创造“家校社合一”的教学条件等教育启示,以期能够有效地提升乡村学生的劳动素养。
The revitalization of rural education in China is progressing steadily. As an important link to promote the all-round development of students and the steady progress of the economy and society, labor education has received extensive attention from all sectors of society. Tao Xingzhi‘s labor education thought is still of great guiding significance for today’s rural schools to carry out labor education in depth. On the basis of Tao Xingzhi’s labor education thought and in view of the realistic difficulties faced by the current labor education in rural schools, this paper summarizes the educational enlightenment of establishing the educational concept of “Working Hard on Labor”, practicing the teaching method of “Teaching and Doing in One”, and creating the teaching conditions of “Family School Community in One”, in order to effectively improve the labor literacy of rural students.
