住房对城市居民幸福感的影响机理研究——以南京市为例
A Study on the Mechanism of the Impact of Housing on the Happiness of Urban Residents—A Case Study of Nanjing City

本文依据团队成员于南京市内进行实地调研所获得的样本数据，利用有序Probit模型对住房因素影响南京市居民幸福感的程度进行了分析。结果表明，住房结构、区位、邻里等特征变量都对居民主观幸福感产生了显著的影响，同时居民住房满意度也在这些变量与居民主观幸福感间具有中介效应。
Based on the sample data obtained from the team’s field research in Nanjing city, this paper uses the ordered probit model to analyze the extent to which housing factors affect the well-being of Nanjing residents. The results show that housing structure, location, neighborhood and other characteristic variables have a significant impact on residents’ subjective well-being, and residents’ housing satisfaction also has a mediating effect between these variables and residents’ subjective well-being.
