Abstract:

近年来,国内外对于野生动物肠道菌群的研究很热门,但花鼠(Tamias sibiricus)肠道菌群的结构仍未知。本文于2017年7月中旬在黑龙江省凉水国家级自然保护区,运用笼捕法捕捉花鼠进行粪便收集,并提取DNA进行高通量测序,对花鼠肠道菌群进行OTU划分,进一步了解夏季花鼠肠道菌群的结构。结果表明,在门分类水平上,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)为夏季花鼠肠道的优势菌;在属分类水平上,乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)是优势属。从样本丰度来看,夏季不同花鼠个体间的肠道菌群结构整体差异性并不大。
In recent years, the research on the gut microbes of wildlife has been a hot topic both at home and abroad. In order to study the intestinal microbiota structure of chipmunks (Tamias sibiricus), we went to the Liangshui National Nature Reserve in Heilongjiang Province in mid-July, 2017. We used cage capture method to capture chipmunks to collect the feces and extracted DNA high-throughput sequencing to divide the intestinal microbiota of chipmunks by OTU, so as to further understand the structure of intestinal microbiota of chipmunks in summer. The results showed that, at the phyla level, Firmicutes was the dominant bacteria in the intestine of summer chipmunks; at the genus level, Lactobacillus was the dominant genus. From the sample abundance, the overall differ-ence in intestinal microbiota composition among different chipmunk individuals in summer was not significant.
