TIF在胃食管反流病治疗中的研究进展

Abstract:
胃食管反流病一种在人群中发病较高的一种疾病,可引起患者以反酸、烧心为主要症状的临床表现。目前药物治疗是胃食管反流病的一线治疗方案,对于保守治疗控制不佳的患者可以选择内镜或者外科手术治疗。经口无切口胃底折叠术(TIF)是一项用于治疗胃食管反流病的内镜治疗手段。本文对目前该术式的治疗研究进展进行综述。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a disease with a high incidence in the population, which can cause the clinical manifestations of patients with acid reflux and heartburn as the main symptoms. Currently, drug therapy is the first-line treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, and patients with poor conservative treatment can choose endoscopic or surgical treatment. Transoral incision-less fundoplication (TIF) is an endoscopic procedure for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. This article reviews the current research progress in the treatment of TIF.
