Abstract:

急性心肌梗死是临床常见疾病,随着人们对急性心肌梗死疾病认识的提高以及医疗技术的日渐发展,其不良事件的发生风险显著下降,但发病率仍在逐渐增高。相关研究发现,射血分数较准确的反映了左心室收缩功能状态,急性心肌梗死死亡率的独立预测因子,左室功能受损患者的长期预后或生存率较差,其对于急性心肌梗死的严重程度评估及预后可以有一定的预测作用。故本文综合分析了左室射血分数在急性心肌梗死中应用的研究进展,为急性心肌梗死的危险度及预后评估提供一定的临床实践参考。
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a common clinical disease. With the improvement of people’s understanding of AMI and the development of medical technology, the risk of adverse events has significantly decreased, but the incidence rate is still increasing. Relevant studies have found that ejection fraction accurately reflects the left ventricular systolic function status, an independent predictor of mortality in acute myocardial infarction, and the long-term prognosis or survival rate of patients with impaired left ventricular function is poor, which can predict the severity and progno-sis of acute myocardial infarction. Therefore, this article comprehensively analyzed the research progress of the application of left ventricular ejection fraction in acute myocardial infarction, and provided some clinical reference for the risk and prognosis evaluation of acute myocardial infarc-tion.
