脐血CRP、PCT联合胎盘病理检测对新生儿感染预警的研究进展

Abstract:
新生儿感染是指新生儿期患儿因机体免疫功能不全,易受病原菌侵袭而发生感染,严重者可造成新生儿死亡。由于细菌学检查有周期较长、成本较高的缺点,现临床上早期很难诊断新生儿感染性疾病,所以亟需快速、高灵敏度和高特异度的实验室指标。本文旨在将脐血CRP、PCT联合胎盘病理检测作为新生儿感染的预警指标加以综述,提供一些理论依据,期望早期预测及诊断新生儿感染性疾病,降低其病死率,提高出生质量。
Neonatal infection refers to the infection of children in neonatal period due to immune insufficiency, easy to be attacked by pathogenic bacteria, and severe cases can cause neonatal death. Because bacteriological examination has the disadvantages of long cycle and high cost, it is difficult to diag-nose neonatal infectious diseases in the early clinical stage. Therefore, laboratory indexes with high sensitivity and specificity are urgently needed. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the CRP and PCT of cord blood combined with placental pathological examination as early warning indica-tors of neonatal infection, and provide some theoretical basis, hoping to predict and diagnose neo-natal infectious diseases early, reduce the mortality of neonatal infectious diseases, and improve the birth quality of newborns.
