民事审判中聋哑人翻译权利保障研究——以离婚诉讼为例

Abstract:
聋哑人在我国残疾人群体中占比最高，聋哑人因生理上的缺陷，自我认知不足。本文通过事实案例对其分析。首先，明确聋哑人翻译权利的界定，为明确翻译权利的重要性做铺垫。其次，指出聋哑人法庭审判时的劣势，并提出完善建议。最后，以国内外经验为基础，为我国聋哑人法律服务体系的完善提出可行性建议。
Deaf-mutes account for the highest proportion in the disabled group in our country, and deaf-mutes lack self-cognition because of their physiological defects. This article analyzes it through the actual case. First of all, clarify the definition of the deaf-mute translation rights and pave the way to clear the importance of the right. Secondly, it points out the disadvantage of hearing-mute court and puts forward some suggestions. Finally, based on the domestic and foreign experience, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the improvement of the legal service system for the deaf-mute in our country.
