Abstract:

家庭教育是青少年健康成长的重要环节之一。近几年来,我国18岁以下青少年的心理行为问题发生率和精神障碍患病率持续上升,青少年心理问题已成为重要的公共卫生问题和社会问题,而家庭教育直接影响青少年的心理健康状况。目前,心理干预逐渐被应用到家庭教育中。在家庭教育领域中,心理干预的形式分为个体干预、家庭干预、团体干预。个体干预的方法主要包括认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法、正念疗法。家庭干预主要包括心理教育、育儿的技能培训、人际关系治疗等形式。本文就上述几种心理干预方法在家庭教育的应用研究进行综述,为探索青少年心理健康的心理干预模式提供新的思路。
Family education is one of the important links for the healthy growth of young people. In recent years, the incidence of psychological and behavioral problems and the prevalence of mental dis-orders among adolescents under the age of 18 in China have continued to rise. Adolescent psy-chological problems have become an important public health and social problem, and family education directly affects the mental health of adolescents. At present, psychological intervention is gradually applied to family education. In the field of family education, psychological intervention can be divided into individual intervention, family intervention and group intervention. The methods of individual intervention mainly include cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness therapy. Family intervention mainly includes psychological education, child care skills training, interpersonal therapy and other forms. This article reviews the application of the above psychological intervention methods in family education, and provides new ideas for the psychological intervention model of adolescent mental health.
