“双高”背景下高职院校水利类专业毕业生就业质量研究
Research on Employment Quality of Water Conservancy Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of “Double High Plan”

“双高计划”背景下，高职院校毕业生就业问题引发广泛关注。以某职业院校水利类专业毕业生为例，通过对比分析近三年就业数据发现，当前毕业生就业数量基本达标，但是就业质量方面仍存在专业相关度低、晋升通路不畅、工作满意度低、职业发展不稳定等问题。针对以上问题，并结合调查结果，研究认为可以从社会、企业、学校以及个体四个方面进行改进。
Under the background of “Double High Plan”, the employment of vocational college graduates has aroused wide concern. Taking the graduates majoring in water conservancy in a vocational college as an example, through comparative analysis of the employment data of the past three years, it is found that the number of graduates in employment is basically up to the standard. But there are still problems in employment quality, such as low degree of professional correlation, poor promotion path, low job satisfaction and unstable career development. In view of the above problems, and combined with the survey results, the study believes that the society, enterprises, schools and individuals need to cooperate together.
