中国生物工程领域的研究热点与趋势分析

Abstract:
为了解我国生物工程领域相关研究热点的分布、变化历程及发展趋势，以1992~2020年的14,760篇CNKI 数据库中文核心期刊相关论文为数据基础，运用CiteSpace可视化软件对我国生物工程领域的发文量、机构、作者、关键词等进行文献计量分析，绘制出生物工程领域的相关知识图谱。结果显示：生物工程领域的主要热点为生物信息学、组织工程、生物相容性、酶学性质、胚胎干细胞和运动想象等六大类主题。随着时间的推进，生物工程领域出现了如生物信息学、生物医学工程等交叉学科，推动生物工程领域不断发展。本文最后还对未来生物工程领域的研究方向提出了建议。
In order to understand the distribution, change history and development trend of hotspots in bioengineering related research fields in China, 14,760 CNKI papers from 1992 to 2020 were selected based on the related papers of Chinese core journals in the database. CiteSpace visualization software was used to conduct bibliometric analysis on the number of papers, institutions, authors and keywords and draw the relevant knowledge map in the field of bioengineering in China. The results showed that the main research hotspots of bioengineering were six categories of topics such as bioinformatics, tissue engineering, biocompatibility, enzymatic properties, embryonic stem cells and motor imagination. As time progressed, interdisciplines such as bioinformatics and biomedical engineering emerged in the field of bioengineering, which promoted the development of bioengineering. In the end, some suggestions are put forward for the future research in the field of bioengineering.
