Abstract:

大学生就业问题一直备受关注,这是大多数大学生必须要面临的问题,对于学生及其背后家庭都有着重要的意义。大学毕业生数量逐年增加、传统就业观念的束缚以及社会提供就业岗位数量的限制等诸多因素可能导致大学生在择业期间承受着不同程度的心理压力,个体难免会产生择业焦虑情绪,缓解大学生择业焦虑对于个体的身心健康及择业工作的顺利进行都具有积极意义。择业焦虑会受到来自周围环境中各方各面的理解与帮助程度、个体在面对择业时所采取的行为方式和态度以及对于目标的明确与坚定程度等诸多因素的影响。研究运用半结构式访谈的方式探究择业焦虑在大学生群体中的构成和特点,根据研究结果和分析讨论最终得出以下结论,影响大学生择业焦虑的因素构成为:专业认可度、谈论或听到关于就业的话题、就业形势、福利待遇、家人支持、朋友支持、学校及社会支持、面试技巧、应对自信、人际自信、才智自信、对就业期望的评估、对就业竞争的态度。
The employment of college students has been paid much attention, which is a problem most col-lege students have to face, and it is of great significance to students and their families. There are many factors, such as the increasing number of university graduates, the restriction of the tradi-tional concept and the limitation of the number of jobs provided by the society, which have caused the university students to bear different degrees of psychological pressure during the job-hunting. It is inevitable for the individuals to have job-selection anxiety. Alleviating college students’ job anxiety is of great significance for their physical and mental health and the smooth development of job selection. Vocational selection anxiety is influenced by many factors, such as the degree of understanding and help from all sides in the surrounding environment, the behavior and attitude of individuals when choosing a career, and the degree of clarity and firmness for the purpose. The semi-structured interview method is used to explore the composition and characteristics of job selection anxiety in college students. According to the research results and analysis, the conclusions are as follows, factors affecting college students’ vocational selection anxiety are: professional recognition, talking and hearing about the topic of employment, employment situation, welfare treatment, family support, friends support, school and social support, interview skills, coping self-confidence, interpersonal self-confidence, intelligence self-confidence, evaluation of employment expectation, attitude to employment competition.
