农民在相对贫困治理中主体作用发挥有其自身的制约因素，主要体现在农民自身的主观认识不全面，自身能力不足，与治理相对贫困问题的要求存在一定差距。同时，农民的法律意识、法律知识和运用法律的能力也有所欠缺，这使得农民在现下遇到主体作用发挥受到法律侵害时难以用法律手段保护自己。深入研究分析相对贫困治理问题中农民主体作用发挥的现状、剖析制约其主体作用发挥的法律困境，提出切实可行的措施以充分发挥农民在相对贫困治理中的主体作用。
The main role of farmers in the governance of relative poverty has its own constraints, which are mainly reflected in the incomplete subjective understanding of farmers themselves and their lack of capacity, and there is a certain gap with the requirements of the governance of relative poverty. At the same time, farmers’ legal awareness, legal knowledge and the ability to apply the law are also lacking, which makes it difficult for farmers to protect themselves by legal means when they encounter legal infringement of the main role.
