发展型社会政策视角下少数民族流动人口城市融入问题研究
A Study on the Urban Integration of Ethnic Floating Population from the Perspective of Developmental Social Policy

城市化进程加快促使少数民族流动人口纷纷转移到城市就业和生活，与此相应，少数民族流动人口的城市融入问题日益突出且愈发受到社会关注。发展型社会政策作为一种政府解决社会问题的方式和手段，与少数民族流动人口城市融入问题的解决路径存在契合之处。本文从发展型社会政策理论视角出发，通过分析少数民族流动人口的特殊性，分析其城市融入中存在的问题及其成因，提出了解决对策。以期能够积极探索解决少数民族流动人口的城市融入问题的对策，让社会各方组织力量参与，整合社会资源，从而推进少数民族流动人口有序融入城市。
The acceleration of urbanization has prompted the floating population of ethnic minorities to move to cities for employment and life. Accordingly, the problem of urban integration of the floating population of ethnic minorities has become increasingly prominent and attracted more and more social attention. As a way and means for the government to solve social problems, the development-oriented social policy is in accord with the solution of the urban integration problem of the minority floating population. From the perspective of developmental social policy theory, this paper analyzes the particularity of the minority floating population, analyzes the existing problems and causes in its urban integration, and puts forward countermeasures. In order to actively explore solutions to the problem of urban integration of ethnic floating population, let all social organizations participate in the integration of social resources, so as to promote the orderly integration of ethnic floating population into the city.
