乡村振兴视域下乡村文化振兴的困境与对策研究
Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Rural Cultural Revitalization from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略是解决我国“三农”问题的又一重大战略性举措。随着现代化进程的日益加快，乡村文化面临着许多冲击和挑战，呈显出日渐衰落的趋势。本文从不同的角度分析乡村文化建设的必要性与困境。从农民的文化价值观、乡村文化发展、乡村文化建设参与的主体、乡村文化建设的治理模式等方面着手，总结出乡村文化振兴的实践对策：培育农民文化自信；促进乡村文化发展；搭建多元参与的文化建设主体格局，建立乡村文化治理新模式。
The rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is another major strategic measure to solve the problem of “three rural areas” in China. With the acceleration of modernization, rural culture is facing many shocks and challenges, showing a trend of decline. This paper analyzes the necessity and dilemma of rural cultural construction from different perspectives. Starting from the aspects of farmers’ cultural values, rural cultural development, the main body of participation in rural cultural construction, and the governance mode of rural cultural construction, the practical countermeasures for rural cultural revitalization were summarized: cultivate farmers’ cultural self-confidence; promote rural culture; build a main pattern of diversified and participatory cultural construction, and establish a new model of rural cultural governance.
