Abstract:

“智”“仁”“勇”在儒家《礼记·中庸》之中被称为“三达德”,它在儒家思想中被认为是君子完美人格的至高境界。在传统儒商中,“智”“仁”“勇”被誉为至高的理想人格所需要素,其中,“智”为基础,“仁”为核心,“勇”为原则。当代儒商不仅要秉持传统儒商的美德,继承发扬“三达德”思想,更要在其基础之上建构“智商”“德商”“胆商”“情商”,以此塑造当代儒商的人格品牌。
“Wisdom”, “benevolence” and “courage” are called “three dade” in the Confucian The Book of Rites · The Doctrine of the Mean, which is regarded as the highest level of the perfect personality of the gentleman in Confucianism. In traditional Confucian merchants, “wisdom”, “benevolence” and “courage” are regarded as the essential elements of the highest ideal personality, among which “wisdom” is the foundation, “benevolence” is the core, and “courage” is the principle. Contemporary Confucian merchants should not only uphold the virtues of traditional Confucian merchants, inherit and carry forward the thought of “three dada virtues”, but also build “intelligence quotient”, “moral quotient”, “courage quotient” and “emotional quotient” on the basis of it, so as to build the personality brand of contemporary Confucian merchants.
