专业教师参与一线实践的问题及应对策略

Abstract:
专业教师作为“传道、授业、解惑”的具体实施者,不仅对学生的职业定位、职业规划、职业能力素养等具有极其重要的针对性影响,而且还是专业发展、教学改革、课程建设等环节的直接核心参与者。本文认为专业教师在职教人培质量中具有关键地位,其实力水平直接影响着职业教育的教学水平、办学水平。而专业教师的认知及核心能力主要来源于一线实践,其只有在一线职业实践中长期锻炼,敏锐洞察市场发展,才能科学而理性地去分析和总结职业岗位真实能力需要,切实理解专业的发展内涵,最终推动职业教育人才培养高质量发展。本文总结了专业教师参与一线实践的价值、参与积极性不高的具体因素和应对策略,这些探讨对推动专业教师参与一线实践工作、提升职业能力素养、提高职教人培质量等具有参考价值。
As the specific implementer of “preaching, imparting and solving doubts”, professional teachers not only have an extremely important targeted impact on students’ career positioning, career planning, professional ability and quality but also are the direct core participants in professional development, teaching reform, curriculum construction and other links. This paper holds that professional teachers play a key role in the quality of in-service education, and their actual ability level directly affects the teaching level and school running level of vocational education. However, professional teachers’ cognition and core competence mainly come from front-line practice. Only by long-term training in front-line professional practice and keen insight into the market development, can they scientifically and rationally analyze and summarize the real ability needs of professional posts, earnestly understand the connotation of professional development, and ultimately promote the high-quality development of vocational education talent training. This paper summarizes the value of professional teachers’ participation in front-line practice, specific factors and coping strategies with low participation enthusiasm. These discussions have reference value in promoting professional teachers’ participation in front-line practice, improving professional competence and quality of vocational education.
