Abstract:

兴隆水利枢纽工程出流流量的正确与否,直接关系到工程的正常运行以及防洪调度效益。本文基于原型观测的实测流量观测数据,采用简洁、易于使用的方法对泄洪闸和发电流量的泄流曲线进行率定,并结合实际出流过程进行误差分析,其推求成果满足工程调度运行需求,使兴隆水利枢纽更好地发挥兴利除害的作用。
Whether the outflow of Xinglong water control project is correct or not directly related to the normal operation of the project and the benefit of flood control and dispatch. Based on the measured flow observation data of the prototype observation, this paper adopts a simple and easy-to-use method to calibrate the discharge curve of the flood gate and power generation and generation flow. Combined with the actual outflow process, the error analysis is carried out, and the inferred results meet the needs of project scheduling and operation, so that the Xinglong water control project can better play the role of promoting interests and eliminating harm.
