加减乌梅甘草汤治疗精液不液化探析
Analysis on the Treatment of Semen Non-Liquefaction with Wumei Glycyrrhiza Decoction

精液不液化为男科临床常见疾病，中医药治疗精液不液化具有一定的优势。经典方剂乌梅甘草汤加减方可从酸甘化阴、滋阴降火、燥湿化痰、活血化瘀4个方面治疗精液不液化。且现代研究表明炎症和血液凝集与精液不液化有着千丝万缕的联系，而加减乌梅甘草汤中的昆布中的有效成分昆布多糖以及水蛭对于精液不液化以及提升精子活力都有着确切的疗效以及药理支持。本文从病机、治法以及临床三个方面探讨乌梅甘草汤加减方治疗精液不液化的可行性。
Semen non-liquefaction is a common clinical disease in andrology, and traditional Chinese medi-cine has certain advantages in the treatment of semen non-liquefaction. The classic prescription Wumei Glycyrrhiza decoction can treat semen non-liquefaction from four aspects: acidifying yin, nourishing yin and reducing fire, dryness and dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. And modern studies have shown that inflammation and blood agglutination are inextricably linked with semen non-liquefaction. Kunbu polysaccharides and leeches, the active ingredient in Wumei Glycyrrhiza decoction, have definite efficacy and pharmacological support for semen non-liquefaction and sperm motility. This paper discusses the feasibility of Wumei Gancao decoction in the treatment of semen non-liquefaction from three aspects: pathogenesis, treatment and clinic.
