新工科背景下案例教学法在课程教学中的改革与实践——以食品工程原理课程为例

Abstract:
新一轮科技革命和产业变革,促使高校变革工科人才培养模式,探索工科课程教学新方法,从而满足我国制造业对新时代工科人才需求。本文以食品工程原理课程为例,阐明案例教学法在工科课程教学中的应用实践。食品工程原理是我国本科高校食品相关专业开设的重要专业基础课程,对培养学生的工程思维意识和工程实践能力均具有重要作用。该课程综合性和理论性强,内容繁杂,传统的理论教学模式单一,难以调动学生学习积极性,学生缺乏足够的学习兴趣,教学效果不理想。案例教学法在食品工程原理课程中的应用,丰富了课程教学模式,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高课堂教学效率和学习效果,对新工科人才培养具有重要意义。
The new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform have prompted colleges and universities to change the training mode of engineering talents and explore new teaching methods of engineering courses, so as to meet the needs of China’s manufacturing industry for engineering talents in the new era. This paper takes the course of food engineering principles as an example to illustrate the application of case teaching method in the teaching of engineering courses. The principle of food engineering is an important professional basic course for food related majors in undergraduate colleges and universities in China, which plays an important role in cultivating students’ engineering thinking awareness and engineering practice ability. The course is comprehensive and theoretical while the contents are complicated. The traditional theoretical teaching mode is single, which makes it difficult to mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning, and the teaching effect is not ideal. The application of case teaching method in the course of food engineering principles enriches the teaching mode of the course, stimulates students’ interest in learning, improves classroom teaching efficiency and learning effect. Case teaching method is of great significance to the cultivation of new engineering talents.
