Abstract:

本文介绍了增效控失复合肥料产品的生产工艺、技术性能及应用效果。通过智能化精准分配系统制得化肥养分控失剂,和养分增效剂一起,结合氨酸法造粒工艺生产出增效控失复合肥料产品。生产方法简单、劳动强度低、现场操作环境质量好、物料消耗较低、产品制造成本低、产量高、质量稳定。肥料田间试验示范效果表明,与当地农民习惯施肥相比,施用增效控失肥可达到增产显著、减肥明显、省时省工的效果。
The production process of products, and main specifications, and field test results of synergistic loss-controlled compound fertilizer are introduced. The synergistic loss-controlled compound fertilizer is prepared through an intelligent precise distribution system, nutrient synergist, and prilling process by ammonia/acid method. The whole process has a simple production method, low labor intensity, good on-site operation environment, low material consumption, low product manufacturing cost, high output and stable quality. Field experimental results show that fertilizer efficiency is remarkable. Compared with the conventional compound fertilizer treatment, the application of synergistic loss-controlled compound fertilizer can achieve high-level food production, low con-sumption of fertilizers, time-saving and labor-saving.
