荣辉教授治疗老年性便秘临床经验浅析

老年性便秘是指年龄超过60岁的老年性人群，出现以排便的周期过长(2天以上)，大便便质干燥，排出较艰涩，或大便便质不硬但难以排出为主要症状体征的疾病。是老年人的易患疾病，病因病机复杂，多因虚所致。荣辉教授善于利用中药从气血阴阳论治，以补益气血、疏肝和中为治则，对于老年性便秘的治疗效果尚可。
Senile constipation refers to the elderly over 60 years old, with a prolonged bowel movement cycle (more than 2 days), dry stool, difficult to discharge, or stool is not hard but difficult to come out. Senile constipation is a disease prone to the elderly, complicated etiology and pathogenesis, mostly due to deficiency. Professor Ronghui is good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat Qi and blood from Yin and Yang, with soothing the liver and mediating as the treatment principle, and the treatment effect on senile constipation is satisfactory.
