Abstract:

突破已有的思维定式,螺旋上升地开展大学生法治教育在目前的思政课教学中研究相对不足。思政课一体化是我国现行的一种重要教育模式,法治教育是思政课的重要组成部分,因此探索思政课一体化教育模式下法治教育的新建设具有积极意义。当前,大学生法治教育中存在教师队伍专业性不足、课程内容重复及授课方式单调等问题,基于思政课一体化建设思路,构建起师资结构合理、课程体系丰富、教学方法得当的三位一体的全新育人路径,形成大学生法治教育新格局。
lege students is relatively under-researched in the current teaching of Civics and Political Science courses. The integration of Civic and Political Science courses is an important education mode in China, and rule of law education is an important part of Civic and Political Science courses, so it is of positive significance to explore the new construction of rule of law education under the integrated education mode of Civic and Political Science courses. At present, there are problems such as lack of professionalism of teachers, repetition of course contents and monotonous teaching methods in the rule of law education for college students. Based on the idea of the integrated construction of the Civic and Political Science course, a new three-in-one education path with reasonable teacher structure, rich curriculum system and appropriate teaching methods is constructed to form a new pattern of rule of law education for college students.
