高校线上线下教学模式转换中角色调适的机制研究

Abstract:
高校线上线下教学模式交替进行过程中,教学管理人员、教学督导、教师和学生也要随着教学模式的改变而进行角色适应与转换。总结疫情中角色调适的经验、探索其中遇到的问题并提出相应的对策,对保证后疫情时代教学过程顺利进行有着积极的意义。
In the process of alternating online and offline teaching modes in colleges and universities, teaching administrators, teaching supervisors, teachers and students also have to adapt and transform their roles as the teaching mode changes. Summarizing the experience of role adjustment during the epidemic, exploring the problems encountered in it, and proposing corresponding countermeasures are of positive significance to ensure the smooth progress of the teaching process in the post-epidemic era.
