柳州街边小店到国民级网红速食——柳州螺蛳粉的产业化道路

Abstract:
美食是中国文化的物质载体,中国幅员辽阔,各地有其特色美食,而近来全网爆红的螺蛳粉是广西柳州的特色美食。自疫情以来,在中国迅速走红,成为地方美食发展的典范。因此,笔者深挖其在疫情态势下、产业百废待兴之际,仍能抓住机遇,在网络销售市场上爆红的要素,系统性地总结出“柳州螺蛳粉”成功的经验道路和品牌的打造,以此探寻地方特色美食的推广与发展道路,助力中国地方美食转型与发展。
Food is the material carrier of Chinese culture. China has a vast territory, and various places have their own special food. Recently, the popular snail powder is the special food of Liuzhou, Guangxi. Since the epidemic, it quickly became popular in China, which has become a model of local food development in China. Therefore, the author digs deeply into the factors that can still seize the opportunity to become popular in the online sales market under the epidemic situation and when the industry is in need of development, systematically summarizes the successful experience and brand building of “Liuzhou snail powder”, so as to explore the promotion and development path of local specialty food and help the transformation and development of local food in China.
