愚公移山精神融入高校戏剧教育发展的路径探析

愚公移山精神历经两千多年的积累与沉淀，已然成为中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，被纳入中国共产党精神谱系，具有坚守理想信念、克服艰难险阻、坚持开拓进取、心怀人民群众等丰富内涵。校园戏剧是高校开展美育和思想政治教育工作的运用形式之一，在戏剧排练演出中形成了独特的文化育人场域，于潜移默化处发挥戏剧育人的教育功用。将愚公移山精神和高校戏剧教育相结合，实现愚公移山精神对高校戏剧教育工作的引领。同时将高校戏剧教育作为载体，增进大学生群体对愚公移山精神的了解和认同，以愚公移山精神指导大学生的学习和生活，健全大学生的人格素养，促进其勇担民族大任。
After more than two thousand years of accumulation and precipitation, the spirit of Yugong Yishan has become an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and has been included in the spiritual lineage of the Communist Party of China. It has rich connotations such as sticking to ideals and beliefs, overcoming difficulties and obstacles, persisting in forging ahead, and caring for the people. Campus drama is one of the application forms of aesthetic education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It forms a unique cultural education field in drama rehearsal and performance, and plays the educational function of drama education imperceptitiously. Combining the spirit of Yugong Yishan with the drama education in colleges and universities, the spirit of Yugong Yishan can lead the drama education in colleges and universities. At the same time, college drama education is used as the carrier to improve the understanding and recognition of the spirit of Yugong Yishan among college students, guide their study and life with the spirit of Yugong Yishan, improve their personality quality, and promote their courage to shoulder the great national responsibility.
