党的二十大报告中提出，推进文化自信自强，铸就社会主义文化新辉煌。进入新时代，提升乡村文化自信的重要性越发凸显，其既是文化强国的一项重要战略，也是引导乡村文化建设的重要力量。本文对新时代乡村文化自信的生成逻辑、提升路径和价值意蕴进行探析，从历史发展的角度梳理了传统乡村文化的继承、乡村革命精神的弘扬、先进文化的培育和乡村风貌的坚守构成的乡村文化自信生成逻辑，阐明了以加强主流意识形态建设、推进乡村优秀传统文化传承与创新、增强村民文化主体意识和加强城乡文化的交流与互动为手段的乡村文化自信提升路径；揭示了以实现乡村物质文明与精神文明协调发展和为实现乡村治理现代化提供精神动力为内容的乡村文化自信价值意蕴。
In the report of the Party’s 20 National Congress, it is proposed to promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement, and cast new brilliant socialist culture. In the new era, the importance of improving the self-confidence of rural culture has become more and more prominent, which is not only an important strategy for cultural power, but also an important force to guide the construction of rural culture. This paper analyzes the generation logic, promotion path and value implication of rural cultural confidence in the new era, and combs the generation logic of rural cultural confidence composed of inheriting traditional rural culture, promoting rural revolutionary spirit, cultivating advanced culture and sticking to rural style from the perspective of historical development. This paper expounds the ways to enhance rural cultural confidence by strengthening the construction of mainstream ideology, promoting the inheritance and innovation of rural excellent traditional culture, enhancing the villagers’ consciousness of cultural subject and strengthening the cultural exchange and interaction between urban and rural areas. This paper reveals the value meaning of rural cultural confidence which is based on realizing the coordinated development of rural material civilization and spiritual civilization and providing spiritual power for realizing the modernization of rural governance.
