以教学共同体建设为突破口的护理本科临床教学研究与实践

Abstract:

探索基于临床教学共同体建设的护理教学改革,为深化医教协同,提升护理教育质量提供有效参考。本文以西南医科大学护理本科临床教学共同体建设为例,通过微观–中观–宏观三个层面教学共同体建设,升华了微观共同体护生与带教老师教学相长导学关系,推进全程育人;打造了中观共同体科室临床教学新生态,推进全员育人;建设了大学与医院宏观共同体,推进临床全要素育人。为我国临床护理教育提供了深化医教协同路径和范例。
To explore nursing teaching reform based on the construction of clinical teaching community and provide effective reference for deepening the collaboration between medical and education and improving the quality of nursing education. This paper takes the construction of the clinical teaching community of nursing undergraduates in Southwest Medical University as an example. Through the construction of the teaching community at the micro-meso-macro level, the relationship between the micro-community nursing students and the teaching teachers is sublimated, and the whole process of education is promoted; The new ecology of clinical teaching in the meso-community department has been promoted, and the education of all staff has been promoted; the macro-community of universities and hospitals has been built, and the whole-element clinical education has been promoted, which provided a path and example for deepening medical-educational collaboration for clinical nursing education in China.
