中药热奄包治疗神经根型颈椎病(气滞血瘀证)的疗效观察
Treatment of Neurogenic Cervical Spondylosis (Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis) with Traditional ChineseMedicine Hot Package

目的：观察中药热奄包治疗神经根型颈椎病(气滞血瘀证)的治疗效果。方法：将80例患者分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用中药热奄包治疗，对照组使用常规治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉评估量表(VAS)评分、田中靖久颈椎病症状评分及颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分。结果：治疗前后组内及组间比较两组VAS评分、田中靖久颈椎病症状评分、NDI评分差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：中药热奄包治疗神经根型颈椎病(气滞血瘀证)的临床效果显著，有利于减轻患者疼痛，改善患者的临床症状。
Objective: Observation of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis (Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence). Methods: 80 cases were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot package and the other was treated with conventional therapy, before and after treatment, the scores of VAS, Yasuhisa Tanaka cervical spondylosis symptom score and NDI were compared between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in VAS score, Yasuhisa Tanaka cervical spondylosis symptom score and cervical dysfunction index (NDI) score and NDI score comparison within and between groups before and after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis (Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome) with traditional Chinese medicine hot package has a significant clinical effect, which is beneficial to relieve pain and improve clinical symptoms of patients.
