老年人生命意义感的研究进展
|
Abstract:
生命意义感是影响个体生活质量和心理健康的重要因素。老年人由于身体机能退化、社会角色退出以及死亡临近等生活压力事件，生命意义感受到威胁和挑战。因此，本文通过梳理相关文献，对老年人生命意义感的研究进展进行总结，以发现其存在的不足，为探索老年人生命意义感的提升路径提供新视角。
The sense of meaning in life is an important factor affecting the quality of life and mental health of individuals. The meaning of life is threatened and challenged by stressful life events, such as physical deterioration, withdrawal from social roles, and imminent death. Therefore, by sorting out relevant literature, this paper summarizes the research progress of the sense of meaning of life in the elderly, so as to find its shortcomings and provide a new perspective for exploring the improvement path of the sense of meaning of life of the elderly.
