As the representative of the Southern Sect of Chinese paper-cut, Yueqing fine lines engraved paper is a traditional folk art spread in Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province. Yueqing fine lines engraved paper has become one of the representatives of China’s intangible cultural heritage because of its unique cultural heritage and meticulous and rich patterns. In recent years, the com-bination of regional products and regional culture has attracted wide attention. Yandang Maofeng Tea, as a regional product with Yueqing characteristics, is an effective way to enhance the regional brand value by integrating the design direction of local characteristic culture in its packaging. Therefore, this article will start from the analysis of the relationship between traditional art and packaging design, and gradually explore the application of Yueqing fine lines engraved paper elements in Yandang Maofeng packaging design by analyzing the plastic art characteristics of Yueqing fine lines engraved paper and the market situation of regional characteristic products.
