Abstract:

Vestibular migraine is the most common cause of episodic vertigo or dizziness in adults and chil-dren, which can occur independently or simultaneously in migraines. At present, vestibular mi-graine remains an underdiagnosed condition, and the pathogenesis remains poorly understood. The article will further understand the pathophysiological mechanism of the disease from the study of brain structure and brain function on magnetic resonance imaging.
