上海市养老服务研究现状可视化分析——基于CiteSpace软件和CNKI数据库
Visual Analysis of the Current Situation of Elderly Services Research in Shanghai—Based on CiteSpace Software and CNKI Database

随着中国新养老时代的到来，人口红利消减，劳动力市场进一步收缩，人口结构趋于老龄化。而上海市相较于其他地区，老龄化的问题更为严重，市场上已出现日益增长的养老服务需求与供给不平衡不充分的矛盾。因此，本文先对国内外养老服务研究现状进行综述，再借助CiteSpace6.1.R3文献计量软件对由中国知网收录(CNKI) 2012~2022年这十年间上海市养老服务的相关文献进行分析，了解近十年来上海市养老服务研究领域的研究现状和研究热点，以及在研究过程中出现的问题，最后探寻解决方案，最终得出上海市应不断提高养老服务供给，努力打造全国标杆的银发经济的研究结论，为完善上海市未来养老服务的建设和顶层设计提供理论层面的参考。
With the advent of China’s new ageing era, the demographic dividend is waning, the labour market is contracting further and the demographic structure is tending to age. In Shanghai, the problem of ageing is more serious than in other regions, and there is already a contradiction between the growing demand for elderly services and the unbalanced and insufficient supply in the market. Therefore, this paper firstly conducts a review of the current situation of elderly services research at home and abroad, and then analyses the literature related to elderly services in Shanghai during the decade of 2012~2022 collected by China Knowledge Network (CNKI) with the help of CiteSpace 6.1.R3 bibliometric software, in order to understand the current situation and research hotspots in the field of elderly services research in Shanghai in the past ten years, as well as the problems that have emerged in the process of research, and finally to explore solutions. The study concludes that Shanghai should not improve the supply of elderly services and strive to create a national bench-mark for the silver hair economy, providing theoretical reference for improving the construction and top-level design of Shanghai’s future elderly services.
