《谈治国理政》及其英译话语特征分析
An Analysis of Discourse Characteristics in the English Translation of On the Governance of China

新时代语境下，提升中国国际话语权面临着建构和传播的双重挑战。翻译作为跨语际传播的必然媒介，可视为Fairclough关于话语作为一种社会实践活动的重构行为。四卷《谈治国理政》作为当下中国政治话语典型代表，以其表述新颖、互文丰富、逻辑缜密之话语特征成为翻译重构实践的范本。对该四卷著作原文本及其英译话语特征的简要考察表明，尽管译文总体上起到了有效传播作用，但在概念观点精准度、文化互文明晰性和逻辑语势近似性等方面仍有较大提升空间。将话语研究方法和成果用于指导翻译重构实践，或可开辟翻译研究和实践相向而行，增强翻译话语传播性的有效路径。
In the context of the new era, the promotion of China’s international discourse power faces the dual challenges of construction and communication. As an inevitable medium of inter-lingual communication, translation can be regarded as Fairclough’s reconstruction of discourse as a social practice. A brief investigation of the original text and the discourse characteristics of the English translation of the four volumes shows that although the translation has played an effective role in communication on the whole, there is still a lot of room for improvement in such aspects as conceptual perspective accuracy, cultural intertextuality clarity and logical language potential similarity. The use of discourse research methods and results to guide translation reconstruction practice may open up an effective way for translation research and practice to meet each other and enhance the transmission of translation discourse.
