疫情影响下的伊犁师范大学应届毕业生就业择业观实证研究
An Empirical Study on the Employment View of Fresh Graduates in Yili Normal University under the Influence of COVID-19

近来，随着疫情的反复变化和干扰，对大学生就业择业带来诸多影响，党中央、国务院高度重视，全国各高校更觉重任在肩。面对复杂形势和严峻挑战，大学生就业择业观也随之受到影响。文章以伊犁师范大学2022届毕业生就业择业观为切入点，探讨在疫情影响下大学生存在的就业择业观问题，分析整理，并对社会、学校、学院和毕业生提出相关建议，以期解决当前和今后一段时期应届毕业生“就业难”的问题。
In recent years, with the repeated changes and disturbances of the epidemic, there have been many impacts on the employment of college students, The CPC Central Committee and The State Council attach great importance to it, and universities all over the country feel heavy responsibilities on their shoulders. Facing the complex situation and severe challenges, college students’ employment outlook is also affected. This paper takes Yili Normal University 2022 graduates’ employment choice view as the starting point, discusses the existing problems of college students’ employment choice view under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic, analyzes and collates, also gives advice to society, schools, colleges and graduates, in order to solve the current and future period of graduates “difficult employment” problem.
