成就动机对务工青年利他价值观的影响:工作满意度的中介作用

Abstract:
目的:本研究旨在探究成就动机对务工青年利他价值观的影响以及工作满意度的中介作用。方法:采用成就动机量表、工作满意度量表与利他价值观量表对578名务工青年进行施测,对被试数据进行描述性统计、相关分析和中介效应检验等。结果:相关分析显示,成就动机、工作满意度和利他价值观三者之间均存在显著正相关;务工青年的成就动机与工作满意度对利他均有正向预测作用;且工作满意度在成就动机与利他价值观中起部分中介作用。结论:成就动机能够影响工作满意度进而影响务工青年的利他价值观。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of achievement motivation on altruism in young migrant workers and examine the mediating role of job satisfaction. Methods: 578 young migrant workers were tested with Achievement Motivation Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale and Altruism Scale. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and intermediary effect test were conducted on the test data. Results: The correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations among achievement motivation, job satisfaction and altruism. The achievement motivation and job satisfaction of young migrant workers had a positive predictive effect on altruism; and job satisfaction played a partial mediating role between achievement motivation and altruism. Conclusion: Achievement motivation had an effect on altruism of young migrant workers through job satisfaction.
