Abstract:

高职院校是培养实用技能型人才的主要单位,如何培养适用时代发展的高技能人才是目前培养模式的主要探索方向。本文结合校内教学、企业实习、毕业后工作三个阶段,对企业与高校的联合实践培养的方式进行了简单的探讨,包括探索教学型、实习方向多元型和返校型三种联合培养模式。
Higher vocational colleges are the main units to cultivate practical technician. How to cultivate high skill technician suitable for the development of the times is the main exploration direction of the current training mode. In this paper, combining the three stages of school teaching, enterprise practice and post graduation work, the author briefly discussed the mode of joint practice training between enterprises and vocational colleges, including exploring teaching, multi direction practice and returning to school after graduation.
