Abstract:

基于我校近三年各类教师的本科教学授课及评价情况统计,文章提出在人才强校战略思想指导下,我校近三年具有硕博学位的新进教师授课门数总体呈上升趋势,但授课工作量仍未达到学院人均水平;新进硕博任课教师的授课质量与其学历学位呈正相关,学生评教分数呈逐年上升趋势。
Based on the statistics of undergraduate teaching and evaluation of all kinds of teachers in our school in the past three years, this paper proposes that under the guidance of the strategy of strengthening the school with talents, the number of courses taught by new teachers with master and doctoral degree in our school in the past three years is on the rise, but the teaching workload still does not reach the average level of the school. The teaching quality of new masters and doctoral teachers is positively correlated with their academic degree, and assessment points from students show an increasing trend year by year.
