Abstract:

“减负”是教育当下关注的热点问题,也是教育的“老大难”问题。我国教育部门颁布并实施“双减”政策,试图解决学生的负担问题。“双减”政策实施以来,学生负担问题已取得初步成效,但小学低年级数学教师仍面临较多教学困境,如部分学生课堂学习质量下滑;课后延时服务流于形式等,这些教学困境影响数学教师的教学质量。因此,从“双减”政策视角审视当前小学低年级数学教师教学困境并探索破解教学困境的路径尤为必要。
“Burden Reduction” is a hot issue in education at present, and it is also a “nagging problem” in education. Chinese education departments have promulgated and implemented a policy of “double reduction” in an attempt to solve the problem of students’ burden. Since the implementation of the “double reduction” policy, the problem of student burden has achieved preliminary results, but the lower grade elementary school mathematics teachers are still faced with many teaching difficulties, such as the decline in the quality of classroom learning of some students; After class delay service becomes a form and so on. These teaching dilemmas affect the teaching quality of mathematics teachers. Therefore, from the perspective of “double reduction” policy, it is particularly necessary to examine the current teaching dilemma of lower grade elementary school mathematics teachers and explore the way to crack the teaching dilemma.
