小学生厌学成因与介入的个案研究

Abstract:

近年来,小学生厌学问题愈发突出,成为困惑学生、家长及老师的重要问题。本文运用访谈法和观察法对一名有厌学问题的小学生进行个案研究,以此为基础,进一步探讨导致小学生厌学问题的主要原因及干预方法。通过对本案主的分析研究可知,案主因学习、生活的变化引发心理压力,同时案主缺乏自我调节能力和学习方法,使得案主的成绩持续下滑,自信心受到严重打击,消极情绪也越发严重,长此以往,导致其厌学情绪和厌学行为的产生。根据这一现状,结合优势视角理论和增能理论的专业知识,运用综合干预方法对案主的厌学问题进行干预,同时为转变学生厌学行为提供实务经验。
In recent years, the problem of primary school students’ weariness has become more and more prominent, which has become an important problem confusing students, parents and teachers. Based on a case study of a primary school student with learning-weariness, this paper discusses the main causes of learning-weariness and the intervention methods. Through the analysis and study of the main case, we can see that the main cause of the change of study and life caused psychological pressure, and the main cause of the lack of self-regulation and learning methods, making the main case of the continuous decline in performance, self-confidence suffered a serious blow, the negative mood is more serious, over time, resulting in their weariness of learning emotion and behavior. According to this situation, combined with the professional knowledge of the theory of advantage perspective and the theory of energy enhancement, the author uses the comprehensive interven-tion method to intervene the students’ learning-weariness, and provides practical experience for the change of students’ learning-weariness behavior.
