Abstract:

2022年,中国人民银行印发《金融科技发展规划(2022~2025年)》,明确今后金融数字化转型的总体思路、发展目标、重点任务和实施保障,力争到2025年实现金融科技整体水平与核心竞争力的跨越式提升。金融科技正逐步深入应用于金融行业的多个领域,金融科技人才的不足已成为金融行业创新发展、金融机构改革转型的瓶颈。本文从金融科技课程体系建设的背景、课程设置、教学条件和展望方面,探讨应用型本科高校如何培养出满足行业企业所需的金融科技人才。
In 2022, the People’s Bank of China issued the “Fintech Development Plan (2022~2025)”, which clarified the overall thinking, development goals, key tasks and implementation guarantees of financial digital transformation in the future, and strived to achieve leap-forward improvement of the overall level and core competition of financial technology by 2025. Fintech is gradually being applied in many fields of the financial industry, and the shortage of Fintech talents has become a bottleneck for the innovation and development of the financial industry and the reform and transformation of financial institutions. From the background, curriculum, teaching conditions and prospects of the construction of the financial technology curriculum system, this paper discusses how applied undergraduate colleges and universities can cultivate financial technology talents that meet the needs of industry enterprises.
